Message	looking at FAQ and trying to figure out how to tape the stillen cone. it states to put the tape on the bottom of the filter, but the pic shows a long vertical strip covering the actual filter. it says that the stillen has a problem because the 'horn for the filter is polished smooth'. doesn't this mean to tape the very bottom (the chromed part)? or am i suppose to block off a whole vertical section like the pic in the FAQ? maybe i'm misreading this. thanks. mike zxredline@yahoo.com
